RepRap Assembly
I am heading a team at the
Technion which is focused on building and developing RepRap 3d printers.
Current status of RepRap Darwin (09.07.2010):
- Mechnichal: Done.
- Extruder: Experimenting with different designs (since we are printing in PP and PE, we seem to run into problems which are unique to these plastics).
- Software/Electronics: we are using the GcodeInterperter for Arduino/Sanguino with generation 2 electronics. We had everything working but have somehow fried the arduino (we think). still debugging.
